First indoor sketching session with Milwaukee Sketch Club for the season.
Started with 1', then 5', then 10', then 20' poses.
I like acrylics because I can layer them. A lady came up to my at the end and she doesn't like acrylics. She finds them hard to work with. I think it depends on how you like to work. I don't blend much. I prefer to layer and use optical blending. I think it's because my first love is pastels. I am also a value painter rather than a colorist.
